Focusing on the concept of "Strengthening Chain Complementarity and Co-creating Development", the future development of the sports wood flooring industry should be based on solving existing problems. Sustainable development can be achieved by standardizing market order, improving product quality, enhancing construction capabilities and improving service systems. In the future, cooperation between enterprises and healthy competition within the industry will be the driving force for the continuous progress of the entire industry. Through collaborative cooperation and innovation, the industry will be driven to a higher quality direction.
Technological innovation and resource sharing
The core of strong chain complementarity lies in technological innovation. With the advancement of science and technology, new materials and new processes continue to emerge. Enterprises should enhance the core competitiveness of their products through technological research and development and the upgrading of production equipment. On the other hand, by establishing industry alliances or technology sharing platforms, enterprises can share R&D costs, accelerate the application and promotion of innovative results, reduce industry entry barriers, and promote the upgrading of the overall industrial chain.
The concept of co-creation and development requires enterprises to be based on the local and global in their international expansion, build a strong supply chain network through the integration of resources, complementary advantages, and deep collaboration and technological innovation of the industrial chain, and actively promote digital transformation and green development to achieve long-term development.
